Return Policy

We stand behind every device we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fees. No hassle.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

To start a return, sign in to your account, go to Account → Orders, find your order, and click "Request Return".

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label by email within 1 business day.

Eligible Return Conditions

  • Wrong item received (different model, color, or storage than ordered)
  • Device is defective or not functioning as described
  • Device arrived with undisclosed cosmetic damage
  • Changed your mind within the 14-day window
  • Device does not power on or has hardware issues

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery
  • Devices with physical damage caused after delivery (cracked screen, water damage)
  • Devices that have been unlocked, modified, or tampered with
  • Devices with iCloud or Google account locks that were not present at delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned device, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit or debit card). Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2-5 business days to appear on your statement.

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
